The Shocker is one of our most popular orthotics. It is a hybrid orthotic having both rigid and semi rigid characteristics. Designed for patients under 200lbs where longitudinal arch support and biomechanical control are desired as well as shock absorption. 35 durometer Shock absorbing EVA and high density foam are laminated to a flexible 2mm thermoplastic shell. Standard length is to the metatarsal heads.
A modified version of the Shocker. The Shocker Plus is designed for people over 200lbs and uses a 2mm shell with a denser (55 durometer) EVA as the arch fill layer, and has 15 durometer cushion material under the arch fill. This high density foam added to the arch area provides a "heftier" Shocker. You may request a 3mm shell for larger patients.
A modified version of the Red/White/Blue for patients 250lbs or larger A high density foam (55 durometer) bottom fill is added distal to the rearfoot post to add support and stability to the shell and it uses a 15 durometer arch fill for cushion. The shell comes standard 4mm, however you may request a 5mm shell. Standard length is to the metatarsal heads.
Ortho Arch ®
These orthotics are computer generated from your cast of the patient, and are designed to fit easily into the shoe. Manufactured from EVA, a durable, long lasting material proven in the shoe industry. These devices tend to be less bulky, and lighter in weight than other semi-rigid devices. The Ortho Arch aids in shock absorption, pressure relief, and biomechanical control, while remaining flexible and allowing the foot to be a mobile adapter. A great longitudinal arch support that can be used for pes cavus or a rigid foot. This orthotic can tolerate all weather conditions. They are standard full length devices, but can readily be cut to the toe crest or metatarsal heads. A tough orthotic for sports.
Manufactured from a thin, rigid, thermoplastic, the appliance is cut narrow and has a shallow heel cup. It is a streamlined appliance which will offer support and control. Standard length is to the met heads. Forefoot and rearfoot accommodations can readily be made. Great for soccer cleats. Available in street and sport cuts.

They are cut with a deep heel cup and high medial and lateral borders and are intrinsically posted. They can be used for adult patients as well. Also available in Gait Plates to promote in-toeing or out-toeing during gait.
Turf Toe ® (Sport)
Designed to control dorsiflexion at the MP Joints and to relieve pressure from the head of the first MP. A spring steel forefoot extension is laminated to the Ortho-Arch II orthotic, with a built in pressure relief area, to produce a lightweight but protective appliance. Orthotic comes full length only, with the option of a half or full plate. Also available as a post operative appliance to limit forefoot dorsiflexion in a street or healing shoe.
